A leading manufacturing multinational corporation.

With a 30 billion USD worldwide market, it is looking to expand its Malaysia shared services center and hire
SAP Business Support Analyst talents.

There are junior up to senior positions available across the function.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming queries, incidents, change request in the areas of SAP FI, CO module
Monitor, coordinate and execute SAP activities, e.g. IDoc, batch and job monitoring in SAP
Coordinate maintenance of validation and substitution rules, background tables
Perform root cause analysis and escalate user support issues as well as enhancement requests to the respective IT team, additionally to follow through the progress until closure
Analyzes processes, identify key business issues and opportunities for improvement.
Provide functional analysis and manage the testing activities, including HP ALM process handling.
Provide advisory support to local and regional super users in SAP Finance and Procurement process changes.
Drive development and changes in systems and process improvement initiatives, regionally and globally. This includes review and update process documentation.
Maintain strong and positive working relationships with affiliates and key business areas to build partnerships for understanding and opportunities.
Communicate and collaborate proactively with business users, GBPM, IT and management to resolve issues.
Ensure quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) s well as SOPs of the respective business subprocess.
Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting, Technology, IT, Engineering or any professional qualification.
At least 1 years of experience in SAP system related roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Applicants should have working experience of SAP ERP system.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team player and willing to learn in a fastpaced environment.

Korean language qualifications, TOPIK Level 5 and above. Korean University Graduates with qualifications that are equivalent are encouraged to apply.
