GENERAL DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain the entire accounts receivable process, including collection and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all incoming payments and collections.
- Update receipt numbers to bank control and follow up on unknown payments with Operation and Sales teams.
- Ensure timely issuance of credit notes and customer refunds with accuracy.
- Follow up on outstanding items as directed by the superior and finance manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounts receivable and accounts payable related issues.
- Assist in monthend closing activities related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist the superior or finance manager with BSP related tasks.
WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
