Position:
Part-Time Kiosk Attendant
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Kiosk Attendant.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and operating a kiosk, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the kiosk operations.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Kiosk Operations:
- Set up and maintain the kiosk in an organized and presentable manner.
- Ensure that all products and promotional materials are wellstocked and neatly displayed.
- Operate pointofsale (POS) systems for transactions accurately.
- Keep the kiosk area clean and tidy.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the products or services offered at the kiosk.
- Provide accurate information to customers about product features, pricing, and promotions.
Sales and Promotion:
- Actively engage in upselling and crossselling products to enhance customer experience.
- Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and meet targets.
Cash Handling:
- Responsible for handling cash transactions and providing customers with accurate change.
- Maintain accountability for the cash drawer and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
Security and Safety:
- Monitor the kiosk surroundings for any security issues or safety concerns.
- Follow company protocols for emergency situations and report incidents promptly.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Relay customer feedback and operational issues to the appropriate channels.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using pointofsale systems.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
