Role Summary:

In this role you will:

Recruitment:

Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and establish selection criteria.
Craft compelling job descriptions and interviews that resonate with each role.
Maintain comprehensive records for seamless communication with hiring managers.
Facilitate a welcoming onboarding process, ensuring a smooth induction for new team members.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to exciting branding projects aligning with our company's vision and mission.
Manage engaging social media content and job postings to attract potential applicants.

Ad-Hocs/KPIs:

Collaborate with the Group People team on employee engagement activities.
Create insightful dashboards and data for enhanced hiring overviews and insights.
Achieve timely hirings, enhance onboarding experiences, and increase employer branding for a growing talent pool.

In this role you will be expected to:

Demonstrate passion, motivation and care in serving the B40. Our mission is to enable the B40 to achieve middle class outcomes, so that they come and stay out of poverty, and you play an important role in achieving that. You need to act with a strong sensitivity towards the reality and needs of the communities we serve.

Collaborate with all departments and project teams. It's important that you're comfortable to engage, reach out, and communicate with everyone.

Adapt to the needs of the community and various programmes we work with. The lives and needs of our participants are complex and changing. To be able to support them, we have to keep up, and constantly adjust and improve our services.

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Collaborate with internal departments to develop hiring strategies and profiles
Utilize advanced hiring platforms to attract suitable applicants
Strong documentation skills; stay updated with industry trends
Proficient with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
