Customer Service Executive Medini, Johor Bahru - Times Consult
Description
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Minimum requirement: SPM / UEC / MLVK
- Able to work at Medini, Iskandar Puteri area
