JOB DESCRIPTION: - Perform various costing functions including managing inventory combined files, standard cost amortization, conducting variance analysis, and reviewing cost summaries.
- Assist in Annual standard cost updates in Oracle system.
- Monthend closing (Costs & Revenue)
- Assist in preparing monthly sales forecasts.
- Handle tasks related to inventory, including provisions for Excess and Obsolete inventory, account reconciliation, reviewing intransit inventory, and reconciling distributor inventory.
- Manage accruals for various items such as samples, adders, and wafer receipts.
- Review and process Return Material Authorization accruals.
- Handle rebate review, accrual, authorization, and payment.
- Validate and review the Discrepant Material Requisition (DMR) process.
- Manage Accounts Payable for foundaries and its reconciliation
- Review and manage distributor Ship & Debit claims.
- Review, upload, and validate Point of Sale data.
- Assist in liaising with auditors regarding specific duties.
- Support new system implementations and projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance
- At least 6 to 8 years of working experience
- Preferred from Big Four audit firm with statutory audit experiences.
- Strong analytical skills.
