Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan the whole year calendar of activities and initiatives towards achieving all business targets and important metrics.
  • Handle and lead the team members in the execution of activities and initiatives and to provide mentorship for efficient and smooth execution.
  • Deliver mentoring and coaching roles to develop the agency members in every aspect career advancement, selling skills, presentation skills, recruitment and interpersonal.
  • Close monitoring on agency leaders' performance and to set plan for any performance gap initiatives depending on the agency demographic & capability.
  • Attending agency meetings and deliver some sharing to further motivate agency members.
  • To respond, recommend and provide vital justification on all agency management agendas such as Agency Registration, Appeal, Promotion, Termination etc.
  • Communication link between agency members and company. To ensure effective and efficient communication route Act as an intermediary between agents and leaders to resolve some agency issues and then offer advice on the mitigation plan that is amicable for both parties.
  • To assist agency members in getting clear information on some underwriting, claims, policy servicing processes.

Job Specification:

  • Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience and proven track record in agency business with significant success in managing agency force in both Life & Takaful Businesses, and other channels.
  • Strong track record of professional success in the insurance or salesrelated position.
  • Exposure in managing agency's business including agency sales, recruitment.
  • Strong skills in strategic, problemsolving, and quantitative analysis to identify key business drivers or challenges to meet financial goals.
  • Numerate and analytical mind.
  • Able to conduct trainings and motivation sessions.
  • Must be meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be selfmotivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
