Responsibilities:

To manage the retail store and the employees by motivating and developing the retail team to increase the tradein sales whilst ensuring efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to the retail team.
To ensure the store and all retail employees comply with the company SOP, guidelines, and legal requirements.
To drive the tradein sales by encouraging customers to tradein their mobile devices in return for cash.
Assist customer who tradedin their mobile devices in transferring their data from their current mobile devices to their new device, when necessary.
To accurately catalogue the tradein devices into the system and storing them in a secure location.
Attend to customers' inquiries and provide excellent customer service in meeting customer expectation.
Resolving customers' issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Attend and manage the tradein sales, cash register and processing payment.
To oversee the instore promotional events or displays.
To ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy, and the product displays are always presentable.
To assist in improving store facilities and environment to attract more customers.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
At least 3 years of working experience in retail.
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Fast learner, able to multitask, time management, selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written English.
Good working attitude and willing to learn.
Able to work on
shifts, weekend and public holidays
