Order Management SpecialistJob Purpose
Coordinates the storage and distribution operational nationwide, processing and order fulfilment.
Accountabilities /Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daytoday operations of Inventory management, 3PL delivery performance SLA.
- Liaise with 3PL for daily collection and closely monitor correct the sim delivery point.
- Ensure courier material stock integrity at high level to avoid disruption and daily order processing and picking activities run smoothly.
- Preparing weekly report and performing other adhoc duties when required.
- Ensure the information enters correctly into the system to avoid undelivered sims.
- Min 13 years' experience in fast moving distribution center.
- Strong experience in Order Management.
- In depth understanding of telco distribution processes and startup experience are added advantages.
- Independent and does whatever it takes to get things done (startup environment)
- Have logical thinking and strong sense in problem solving.
- Able to do adhoc tasks, when necessary, as per superior instruction.
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency and able to work independently and within a team.
Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
