Business Analyst

Salary Range :
RM 5,000 - RM 6,000

Location :
Bangsar South, KL

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide reporting on sales and operational metrics.
Deliver regular insights to improve performance.
Perform specialized data analysis related to sales trends and metrics.
Gather business intelligence from various sources, including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
Compile business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
Support business administrative tasks related to promotional proposals and approval processes.
Coordinate sales data needs, reporting functionality, and assist in developing company analytics capabilities and procedures with internal partners.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics or equivalent.
Minimum 35 years of solid experience in business analysis, including penetrating various markets from leading international brands and successful direct selling companies.
Tableau usage, development, and administration knowledge.
Smartsheet & SQL knowledge preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel proficiency.
Organized with great attention to detail.
Ability to navigate, understand, and analyze information systematically.
Thorough understanding of diverse work ethics and cultures in the business environment.

Pay:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
