Roles Summary / Purpose
The person will coordinate BSSO outsourcing business via Sales Consultant/Specialist. Activities including pre-sales planning, conduct assessment, presentation to client and solution design.

Planning and assessment involve taking the lead role in determining the process capability for the proposed solution prior to customer presentation.

Hence, responsibility covers coordination of internal functions through a project launch team that involve sales, administration and operations.

The person leads the due diligence process to document current operational processes and validate capabilities in work process, technical support, assets and human resources.

Utilizes standard project management approaches and procedure to achieve project goals.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • To work with Sales Consultant/Specialist by assisting them with presales analysis and solution design to aid the development of business cases
  • Develop strong findings through analysis of customers' current state, to understand and analyze customers' business strategy, its impact on work processes and document flows, and to help design appropriate Managed Print Services (MPS) solution
  • Accountable for all Presales assessment deliverables to customers, such as data validation and final assessment reports
  • Be responsible for the day to day management of the assessment (project) through reinforcing the processes and methodology for the analysis
  • Coordinate and plan schedule to ensure resources are optimized
  • Create project plans and manage virtual teams to deliver on project objectives
  • Increase the skills and professionalism of the team on all engagements
  • Promote BEST practices sharing and contribute to the learning and development plans of each team member
  • Monitor external developments and keep the outsourcing services team informed of relevant new developments in term of people, process and technologies that may be of benefit to internal team members and its customers

Requirement:

  • 23 years related experience
  • Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
  • Process oriented
  • Able to travel

Salary:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
