Key Responsibilities:
_
Documentation and Record Keeping :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to security personnel, clients, and operational activities. Create and organize files, reports, and other relevant documents to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
Scheduling and Coordination :
Assist in scheduling security personnel for assignments, patrols, and other duties as required. Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure effective communication and timely execution of tasks.
Client Communication :
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Keep clients informed of any changes in security personnel or schedules.
Inventory Management :
Monitor and track inventory of security equipment, uniforms, and supplies. Place orders for necessary items and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Data Entry and Reporting :
Enter data accurately into databases and prepare reports as needed. Compile and analyze information to identify trends or areas for improvement.
Compliance and Regulations :
Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant security industry regulations and company policies. Stay informed about changes in regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.
Financial Administration :
Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions. Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications and Skills:_
- Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent (additional education in administration or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in administrative roles or office management especially in Security Industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detailoriented and capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with security industry regulations and procedures (preferred but not required).
Salary:
RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
