RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition, Culture, and Engagement

  • Create a positive employee experience by supporting the People Operations team on areas related to culture and employee engagement including but not limited to the planning / coordination of team meetings, company socials, and engagement initiatives

Office Management

  • Ensure our office is a conducive and inspiring workspace through innovative problem solving and seamless coordination of office upkeep
  • Act as a liaison between our company and external parties / vendors involved in the management of our premises, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication
  • Work with the People Ops & Tech team to provide office management/IT related support to employees and ensure our assets / equipment are managed and maintained well

REQUIREMENTS

  • Pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management/Administration, Administrative Services, Office Management, or related courses
  • Previous experience or interest in human resources or office management
  • Strong communication skills, confident to engage in discussions using excellent verbal and written skills in English (additional bilingual competencies in regional languages is a plus)
  • A detailoriented person, with strong organization & selfmanagement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Knowledge in IT networking & administrative management is an added advantage
  • Able to commit to a minimum for four (4) months' internship
