Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Optimize room inventory and pricing through effective management of distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand fluctuations and market trends.
  • Utilize revenue management tools and systems to enhance decisionmaking processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance to the leadership team.

Requirements:


  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in revenue recognition and revenue management
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
