Responsibilities:


  • Proactive investigates using available internal and external resources, tools and relational databases to identify and action on the variety of potentially fraudulent activity on our service.
  • Reviews and analyses complex situations, suspicious trends, measures impact of those trends in order to find solutions of mitigating and preventing errors.
  • Conduct screening, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, periodic reviews, transaction activity checks and other reviews/investigation.
  • Assist to review and provide advice and recommendations on new products/services and processes.
  • Perform risk and compliance reviews on our customers and/or targeted issues, investigations, or potential problems.
  • Develop healthy partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance investigative processes and minimize the company's risk and prepare a comprehensive investigation report for all cases.
  • Clean input data, then perform bulk data extraction, and check the data integrity, and conduct analysis of the output data in a timely manner.
  • Conduct research on competitors market and analyse on areas of improvements.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or any other discipline.
  • Preferable 1 2 years of working experience in Risk Management and Data Analyst position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able perform well in a highpressure environment against tight timelines.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Independent, analytical, meticulous and selfmotivated.
  • Capability to produce detailed and factually accurate and easily comprehensible reports.
  • Knowledge of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) will be an advantage.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
