Duties as an admin cum dialysis assistant:

Able to adapt and prioritize what's to be done, without delay.
Be willing to learn accounting software and perform tasks as instructed.
Incharge of patient registration, filling of documents in organized manner.
Issuing invoices/bills, collecting fees for the services.
Be proactive to answer and respond to calls, feedbacks from clients.
Be willing to learn the different claiming processes under different sponsorships.
Be willing to assist dialysis nurses.
Ringing patients to remind them of appointment.
Organize and process paperwork (patient notes & sending tests to the lab).
Must be organised and friendly with other stafs.
Work with nurses to update patient registry and attendance online, as well as billing based on services provided.
Maintaining and ensuring cleanliness of workplace and equipments.

Requirement:

Open to young Malaysian/Sarawakian.
Fresh graduate in relevant fields (preferably Nursing) are encouraged to apply.
Able to handle computer, basic formats in Microsoft office.
Willing to travel if meeting with agency is required.
Independent with mínimal supervision, hardworking, willing to learn, serviceoriented.
Able to multitask, maintain highlevel of integrity, meticulous in performing corrections on documents.
