    Financial Analyst Role

    The Financial Analyst will provide in-depth financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and corporate finance transactions. They will also prepare comprehensive financial projections, budgets, and valuation models for due diligence activities, fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and related corporate finance activities.
    • Prepare extensive financial projections, budgets, and valuation models for various business scenarios.
    • Compare actual and budgeted financial data, identifying areas of improvement.
    • Support Head of Finance on ad-hoc assignments as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting/Auditing or Corporate Finance-related functions.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
    • Audit/Corporate Finance background is preferred.
