    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Financial Consultant to join our team at Maybank. In this role, you will provide personalized financial consultation and advice to clients, promoting wealth solutions and increasing client product holdings through cross-selling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Offer tailored financial guidance to clients based on their goals and needs.
    2. Promote insurance, investment, and deposit products to retail customers.
    3. Upsell financial solutions such as financing and credit cards to enhance client portfolios.
    4. Develop strong relationships with Privilege and Emerging Affluent clients, effectively managing their customer portfolios.
    5. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to the branch's overall success.
    6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank standards.
    7. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
    8. Act promptly on leads and maintain proactive follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
    9. Deliver exceptional after-sales service to foster customer loyalty.
    10. Engage in sales launches and conduct data analysis to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.

    Requirements:

    1. Fresh graduates with a passion for financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply.
    2. A solid understanding of banking, investment, deposits, and insurance products is required.
    3. Knowledge of Financial Planning/Wealth Management or Retail Banking/Branch Operation is beneficial.
    4. Enthusiasm for building a career in sales is essential.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
    6. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.
    7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    8. Candidates with full banking licenses (PCE/TBE/CEILLI/IPPC/FIMM) have an advantage.
