We Are George is an Australian marketing agency, which runs a private community for media and marketing influentials from brands like:


The role:

We are seeking a part-time Marketing & Communications Executive, to help us manage marketing & communications for our media network and community.

Your weekly tasks will include
copywriting,
social media,
customer service,
data entry and
digital marketing, in addition to
special projects.

Marketing & Copywriting

• Produce weekly marketing enewsletters for the media community
• Manage workflows + production for feature articles, with media and brands
• Uploading & publishing articles on the website

Digital Marketing

• Creating ad hoc forms, surveys & basic landing pages

Social Media

• Daily monitoring and approval of members to Facebook group
• Weekly drafting & scheduling posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram/Threads & Twitter

Customer Service

• Managing customer lists and attendance for events (ad hoc)

Data entry

• Data entry & management of customer details (we use the GoHighLevel CRM)
• Lead generation & data scraping

Other tasks

• Depending on your interests, capabilities and desired career path.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Prior experience in CRM platform (prior GoHighLevel experience ideal)
• Understanding of, and passion for the media industry
• Strong customer service & presentation skills
• Methodical and organised, with an eye for detail
• Problemsolving, positive attitude

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.

There is potential for this role to grow into a full-time position; days and hours are flexible, to be discussed in the interview.
