Requirement:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse workforce and handle unionrelated matters.
Sound understanding of global products manufacturing standards and regulations

Duty:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Batam, indonesia.

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, scheduling production activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with other departments to maintain efficient production cycles.

The Production Manager will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining safety procedures, managing a team of production staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Salary:
Up to RM28,000.00 per month
