    About This Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to analyze market opportunities and establish sales strategies in search of business growth in our assigned territory.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze existing and new business market opportunities through extensive marketing research and business development.
    • Establish sales strategies to seek business opportunities and enhance sales in assigned territory.
    • Execute given marketing and sales direction to achieve sales objectives and gather market information to share with the Sales Manager and Business Development team.
    • Source new customers to expand our market base and lead the RFQ team in preparing quotations for customers.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers.
    • Acknowledge and address customer product complaints and suggestions.
    • Maintain continuous enhancement of product/application/solution knowledge and build relationships with existing key accounts to ensure continuing contracts and services.
    • Meet given sales targets and goals by preparing and presenting reports, proposals, sales forecasts, and budgets.

    Requirements

    • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent.
    • Proven sales track record and strategic thinking skills to penetrate new markets and develop new accounts.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to create engineering solutions for customers.
    • Confidence, independence, self-drive, proactivity, creativity, and willingness to travel are essential qualities.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills, as well as a team player mentality.
    • Fresh graduates with strong intentions to pursue a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
