  • Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve customer's satisfaction

Requirements:


  • SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre

  • Required language: English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage

Able to work on rotational shifts.
