Business Development Manager, Mercer Marsh Benefits (Employee Benefits)

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.

What you need to have:


  • Experience in generating new business opportunities and leads with good client management skills.
  • Be able to follow up on leads and opportunities to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • A strong sales and growth mentality.
  • Previous work experience in salesrelated role especially in employee benefits will be an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with good analytical, problemsolving and presentation skills.
  • Voluntary and active participation in various projects outside of specific responsibilities to support business or organizational needs.
  • Willing to contribute to expand your clientele coverage by engaging in business development activities when required.
  • Outgoing personality and independent in nature with good interpersonal competencies.
