- Provide insights and thought leadership within dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders.
What you need to have:
- Experience in generating new business opportunities and leads with good client management skills.
- Be able to follow up on leads and opportunities to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- A strong sales and growth mentality.
- Previous work experience in salesrelated role especially in employee benefits will be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication with good analytical, problemsolving and presentation skills.
- Voluntary and active participation in various projects outside of specific responsibilities to support business or organizational needs.
- Willing to contribute to expand your clientele coverage by engaging in business development activities when required.
- Outgoing personality and independent in nature with good interpersonal competencies.
