Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Network
Cisco Support:_
Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco network devices to ensure optimal performance and connectivity.
Identify and resolve network connectivity and performance issues in a timely manner.
Implement network security protocols, including Access Control Lists (ACLs) and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), to enhance data protection.
Network

Architect:_

Design and implement robust network infrastructures that align with organizational needs and industry best practices.
Oversee network capacity planning, ensuring scalability to accommodate growth and changing requirements.
Document network architecture, including creating detailed diagrams and configurations for future reference.
On-

Premise Server Maintenance:
_

Monitor and maintain onpremise servers to ensure continuous availability and performance.
Update server hardware and software to maintain security and compatibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve serverrelated issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in network and infrastructure roles.
Proven handson experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Familiarity with server maintenance, particularly with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco network devices.
Indepth knowledge of network security protocols such as ACLs, VPNs, and firewalls.
Experience in designing and implementing network architectures.
Strong understanding of network capacity planning and scalability.
Familiarity with server hardware and software maintenance procedures.
Excellent documentation skills, including creating network diagrams and configurations.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within crossfunctional teams.
