About the Role

Responsible for the gathering, validating, and documenting of business requirements.

- understand and Identifying issues, risks and benefits of proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit business requirements, business rules, and system requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of business requirements, including business rules, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with the IT department to design solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to system and architectural standards.
Develop test plans, test cases, and perform UAT to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and achieve business objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of the solutions.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of the solutions.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.
Identify, communicate risks and issues related to the delivery of the solutions to stakeholders, including IT and business leadership
Prepare and deliver progress reports, budget updates, and timelines to senior management.
