Description

Ensure smooth running of day to day operations of all outlets which includes daily opening and closing of business, month end stock take, petty cash control, resolving staff issues, stock management, cash handling, outlet hygiene control and etc.


  • Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of the entire menu and its preparation to align with all marketing plans being executed on time and accurately.
  • Ensure all staff are well briefed on their responsibilities and are given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work.
  • Coach and develop outlet leadership team which includes outlet managers, assistant managers and supervisors on excellent customer service, high food quality and attentive to problem.

Requirements:


  • Well verse in spoken and written of Bahasa and English language
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all level of people
  • Must have passion in F&B operation and sense of ownership

Pay:
RM4, RM4,500.00 per month


Education:


  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

Experience:


  • F&B Management: 3 years (required)
- working: 3 years (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • Food Handling Course (required)
