- Now we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in our office in Kuala Lumpur,
_who will provide support for our Indonesian and Malaysian markets._
Tasks and duties are to:
- Outgoing calls to clients from Indonesia and Malaysia
- Analyze client requests
- Regulate conflicts
You will be a good fit for our team if you:
- Professional level of Malay,
Indonesian and English languages: - Good verbal communication
- Ability of efficient work in a team
- Stress resistance
- Computer literacy
- Desire to benefit and help people

- The work schedule for this position is shift 2/2 to 12 hours, shift time from 820 day shift / 208 night shift
