Job Scope / Responsibilities:


  • Handle full set account and payroll.
  • To manage accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices are paid accurately
  • To assist in the preparation of Sales order cycle, issue quotations, invoices, receipts & etc.
  • To manage all financial transactions from utilities, bill payments, & monthly expenses claim
  • Ensure timely payment from client, record, develop and maintain a filing system for the company
  • Providing administrative support.

Requirements:


  • Able to work multitask and work independently
  • Knowledge of
    Autocount is a plus point
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Power Point, especially Excel).
  • Preferable 2 years of working experience with full set account experience and payroll

Good communication skills, written and verbal (Mandarin), with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management.

  • Mon to Fri
8:30 am to 6 pm

  • Sat alternative
8:30 am to 1:30 pm


Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
