JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • To lead the Department to fulfil quality objectives and ensure the regulatory and customers' requirements are met.
  • To ensure that the QA/QC system and quality standards of products are maintained and constantly improved.
  • To operate the Department effectively and efficiently with regard to timely release of incoming materials, intermediates and finished products.
  • To perform Authorized Personnel's role and to review and approve various GMP/QA/QC, technical documents, artwork and release / reject of material for use in production and finished product for sale with delegation from the Head of Department.
  • To assist in handling qualityrelated matters, change control, OOS, OOT, nonconformances, manufacturing deviations, and product complaints.
  • To provide technical document for product registration.
  • To assist in manage resources, to keep uptodate with the latest development in technical and regulatory information.
  • To participate in vendor audit, supplier approval, quality improvement and new product development projects.
  • Any other project / assignment that will be advised / directed by the superior.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A good Degree in Science/Chemistry /Microbiology.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in management of quality assurance and quality control, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in QA/ RA functions in a GMP regulatory healthcare industry and ISO systems, ICH guidelines and other regulatory guidelines is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
