Job Descriptions

  • Drafting and providing advisory services to various departments of the Company particularly in real estate sales and marketing, project, finance, employment, industrial investment and construction issues.
  • Drafting and reviewing all kinds of agreements including but not limited to sale and purchase agreements, share sale agreements, shareholders agreement, agreements relating to joint venture or M&A arrangement, industrial investment (if required) and financing related documents.
  • Attending housing tribunals and hearings relating to industrial relations and labour disputes as and when required.
  • Liaising and coordinating with external law firms for civil suits and construction related disputes.
  • Liaising with the legal team and sales team in China on matters relating to the legal requirements and laws in Malaysia.
  • Conducting legal research and providing legal opinion on matters relating to potential business projects and daily operation of the Company.
  • Drafting and reviewing policies for legal compliance of the Company.
  • Providing legal training to the commercial departments and subsidiaries of the Company as and when required.
Job Requirements

  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • At least 3years experience in legal and compliance in real estate/construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Salary:
RM8, RM15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Gelang Patah: Relocate before starting work (required)
