Job Description:

ROLE SUMMARY:

Manage customer data within databases such as DataSource, Data Lake and Customer Data Platform
Lead and manage the quality, consistency, standardization, establishing rules & practices for governance across ASEAN
Define and monitor the ASEAN data governance and reporting framework

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support internal users in ASEAN with data management for new and ongoing assignments
Understand and control the data asset within an organization in ASEAN
Define data performance, lifecycle and quality metrics and ensuring compliance with data related policies and standards
Ensure that data quality issues are logged, tracked, and remedied in a timely and effective manner
Report on the integrity of the organization's data assets to the senior leadership
Facilitate the business adoption of reference data, data privacy, data quality standards
Provide implementation supports and training, and facilitate ongoing enhancements whenever necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or in another quantitative fields
Proven working experience as a Database Administrator (35 years)
Good presentation and communication skills
Good interpersonal, analytical, and problemsolving skills
Be able to travel to other countries as needs arise
Experience in SQL querying in database will be an added advantage
Experience in Reporting tools (Tableau/ Power BI) will be an added advantage
