Position Summary:


  • The primary objective of this role is to oversee the management of capability, partnership, and sustainability development programs while also assuming multifunctional responsibilities to facilitate effective performance monitoring and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation

Key Accountability:


  • Develop and execute strategies for capability, partnership, and sustainability programs to enhance organisational capabilities and capacities.
  • Lead all capability and partnership programs, project charters, and achieve organisational targets.
  • Manage project progress and ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.
  • Review existing organisational capabilities and capacities, identify gaps, and produce innovative solutions.
  • Act as a focal point for vendors and partners in view of sustainability and business growth.
  • Lead the organisational transformation program to improve business performance.
  • Drive and track adherence to milestones, deliverables, and timelines for each program workstream
  • Prepare and monitor program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement opportunities for organisational improvement
  • Establish and formulate initiatives to materialise the business plan and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Drive continuous process improvement using technologies, data analytics, and lean methodology.
  • Provide regular reports on program performance to senior management.

Qualifications & Working Experience:


  • Diploma or Bachelors degree / Professional Certification in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or relevant field.
  • 7 years with at least 3 years of experience in Aviation Industry (MRO)

Area of Experience:


  • Knowledge of MRO operations, project management.
  • Knowledge of aviation industry operations and support system
  • Knowledge in MRO Solution.
  • Highly competent in English as a business language.
