Description

Job Description:

  • Setting up and operating different Automated Packaging Machines. E.g. Filling Machines, Capping Machine, Labelling Machine, Shrink Wrap Machine, Heat Oven Machine, Mixer.
  • Keep equipment in good working order by performing regular inspection, cleaning, servicing along with routine and preventative maintenance to ensure minimization of breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
  • Assist in calculating OEE score monthly for all Production Machines.
  • Quick Respond in investigating root causes of breakdowns and troubleshooting issues while following Safety Protocol.
  • Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
  • Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breakers etc.)
  • Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, repair windows, install blinds, replacing water tap etc)
  • Assist Maintenance Engineer in everyday job tasks.

Requirements:


  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have an ability to work well under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant technical knowledge
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Understanding of safety and procedures are advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
