Description
Requirements:
- Minimum
SPM or
STPM,
Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent. - Minimum
2 years of working experience in the accountancy field is an added advantage. - Excellent written and communication skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Malaysians only.
- Handle a
full set of accounts manually including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss. - Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents.
- Monitor financial transactions.
- Assist with account reconciliations, financial statements, and aging reports.
- Report the status of accounts and discrepancies.
- Assist with administrative duties in order to ensure smooth running of Company business such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls and other daytoday administrative duties.
- Liaise with external parties
- Clients, Vendor, Government Departments & etc. for Company matters.
- Coordinate and assist with other sections of department as necessary to support smooth running of operation; thereafter achieve the department objective.
- Perform any other duties as management may require from time to time.

RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
