We are looking for a dedicated and experienced online customer service representative to join our dynamic team.As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through a variety of online channels.
_Responsibilities:
_
- To complete daily duty on time.
- To provide and support customer service.
- To handle all online enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally.
- Ensuring high quality solutions are delivered on time to customer.
- Responsible to consult customer's negative emotions and handle customer complaint.
- Responsible for the interact in social media.
_Requirements:
_
- Possessed a minimum of SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome too
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in online customer service or complaint handling is preferred
- Required languages in English and Mandarin
- Fast learner, strong communication, interpersonal skills, motivated, positive attitude, willing to work in team
- Must be able to work on shift or night shift, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Ability to coordinate and adapt; experience in after sales service is preferred
- Responsible and able to work without supervision when necessary.
