We are looking for a dedicated and experienced online customer service representative to join our dynamic team.

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through a variety of online channels.


_Responsibilities:
_


  • To complete daily duty on time.
  • To provide and support customer service.
  • To handle all online enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally.
  • Ensuring high quality solutions are delivered on time to customer.
  • Responsible to consult customer's negative emotions and handle customer complaint.
  • Responsible for the interact in social media.

_Requirements:
_


  • Possessed a minimum of SPM qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome too
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in online customer service or complaint handling is preferred
  • Required languages in English and Mandarin
  • Fast learner, strong communication, interpersonal skills, motivated, positive attitude, willing to work in team
  • Must be able to work on shift or night shift, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Ability to coordinate and adapt; experience in after sales service is preferred
  • Responsible and able to work without supervision when necessary.
