• Manage social media presence and engage the followers and reply customers on social media platforms (Facebook,Instagram, Tiktok, youtube).
• Promote products and services on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Film and edit videos for the organization's Youtube channel and interview customers
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML).
• Collaborate with website design and implementation using WordPress.
• Monitor daytoday conversations and activity across all social media platforms.
• Maintain several Facebook accounts through copywriting, photography, editing.
• Proofread, edit and format text and images, design cover art.
• Organize and distribute influencer (KOL) and VIP gift bags.
• Increase follower participation through contests and giveaways.
• Develop content for promotions and giveaways while building fan engagement.

• Diploma in Digital Marketing or a related field and above.
• Working experience as a Social Media Assistant, Social Media Analyst, or a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and others.
• Strong understanding of social media KPI and metrics.
• Knowhow in web designing and publishing.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A creative thinker with an ability to think out of the box.
• Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand basic design concepts.
