Job Scope:
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Actively follow up with clients and persuade clients to sign up for our services.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to client queries on
- Efficiently allocate jobs to therapists & update the system to schedule client
- Coordinate with therapists to confirm & remind appointments.
- Coordinate bed delivery and collection logistics.
- Identify, assess customers' needs and render assistance to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints, terminations, service extensions, trace and follow up on balance
- Keep records of necessary customer interactions and enter all information required
- Regularly send feedback forms to clients, generate and analyze reports to track
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate (verbal written) in BOTH English and Mandarin
- Preferably specializing equivalent experience
- Able to learn independently
