Management Trainee Programme 12 months:


  • 6 months training Service Crew (Frontdesk Operational task at Outlet)
  • 3 months training Supervisor (Warehousing, Inventory, Trainer)
  • 3 months training Acting Branch Manager (Budgeting, P&L, Appraisal etc)

Responsibilities:


As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full F & B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relations, people management, product quality assurance, cost control, and budget planning.


Job Requirements:


  • Support and Supervise Outlet operations.
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
  • Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned.

Salary:
RM6, RM11,000.00 per month
