JOB DESCRIPTION
- Special Duties Officer to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and carry out work under the scope of the CEO's instructions.
- Involve and implement new initiatives being carried out by the CEO Office.
- Implement and support other work related to daily operations carried out by the CEO Office.
- Coordinating between the company and external parties in events, meetings, charity programs and related professional activities.
- Manage correspondences, call screening, travel, hotel and flight bookings and arrangements; handle private and confidential matters. As an intermediary between CEO and heads of department.
- Collaborate with heads department to resolve problems and facilitate any operational issues internally and externally.
- Together with CEO represent the company in meetings or social events.
- Involved in major project research and company development prospects.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposal, data collection and assimilation and monitor project/program performance.
- Responsible in preparing meeting minutes, memo, official letter and checking all documents for CEO approval.
- Prepare keynote speech for CEO.
- Assist in adhoc programs and company activities when needed.
- Perform other tasks as directed from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Female Malaysian citizen
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Driving license required
- Aged between 30 and 40 years old
- Experienced at least 5 years in the related field
- Well verse in Microsoft Office
- Management skills, communication skills and public relations skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Enthusiastic and confident
- Able to work independently under mínimal supervision
- Good interpersonal
- Responsible in assigned task
- Willing to work overtime
- Able to perform tasks under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
