JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency throughout the organization.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products or services meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set performance goals and objectives for the operations team, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and key metrics for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as engineering, or project management). Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.
- Must have experience in maintenance department involving services and planning.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Industryspecific experience may be required.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing project requirements and environments.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, as well as a solid understanding of relevant technologies and methodologies.
