Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information across.
- Responsible to process customer's orders in timely manner and effectively.
- To assist salesperson to prepare sales order.
- To handle custome renquiries related to product and order.
- To followup with salespersons enquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any relevant field.
- Have a minimum of 1 & 2 year of working experiance.
- Computer literate.
- Self initiative and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to work in Kepong.
