Description
Consolidation of monthly revenue versus target from perspective projects department and prepare report to management- Compilation of contractor registration, agreement, claim, performance evaluation. Ensuring filing system in order
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the practices, policies, performance standards and specifications
- Cooperating and communicating with the Project Fulfillment Management Manager, all managers and other project participants to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status
- To assist Project Fulfillment Management Manager to ensure on the fully compliance on new contract requirement
- Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field
- Monitor new purchase order processing, updating internal database, sales record and internal reports.
- To assist prepare yearly and monthly budget (ie: Sales and Expenses) for all workgroups.
- Any other responsibilities as instructed by the Management
Duties and tasks may change due to changes in the organization structures and it is understood and agree by employee to the changes.
