Our client is a fast-growing multi-region company shaking the dentistry and orthodontics industry They offer a super convenient and affordable alternative to tradisional braces by incorporating advanced German technology in their scientific studies and aligner designs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Initiate outbound calls, reaching out to prospects from the meticulously curated lead lists and databases.
  • Build meaningful connections with the prospects
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain a comprehensive database.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track perfomance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
  • At least 1 yr experience in telesales or outbound sales
  • All races are welcome to apply

Skills and Competencies:


  • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Selling capability : Knowledge about sales techniques
  • Initiatives : Actively attempt to influence event to achieve goals
  • Nice to have knowledge in dentistry or orthodontics
