Position Title:
Social Media Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, costeffective way and maintain compliance.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee documentation efficiency.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform quality controls and enhance department segmentation SOPs

Job Requirements:


  • Proven analytical, documentation and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in work management software such as MS Excel etc.
  • Ability to manage through complexity to identify solutions and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage.

  • Working Mode: Fully Onsite
  • Working Location: Georgetown Penang // Kuala Lumpur

Job Type:
Permanent


Pay:
Up to RM6,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
