Customer Service Advisor - Kuantan, Malaysia - HABIB Group
Description
1. Responsible to perform day-to-day teller activities and demonstrating excellent customer service.- To ensure all day-to-day transaction tallies.
- Ensure that all work performed in the branch operation are in accordance with the company policies/procedures, objectives and applicable laws.
- To ensure proper execution of all monetary transaction at branch, to review and provide feedback to management for any discrepancies.
- To ensure that daily loan, purchase back for the branch meets the desired target.
- To be involved and participate in Marketing activities and other promotional activities by both Ar-Rahnu Express and HABIB Group, including promoting and creating awareness about the business to the public.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time-to-time.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
