Job Requirements
- Local Citizen (Malaysian)
- Chinese/Malay preferable
- Provide the necessary support to the sales team & purchasing team by managing report
- Prepares and follows up sales quotations
- Organize sales and marketing activities
- Respond to customer inquiries/ complaints
- Responds to complaints from customers and give aftersales support
- Able to efficiently respond to any telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
Qualifications and Skills
- Able to communicate in English / Malay
- Computer literate will be added advantage
- SAGE UBS skills will be added advantage
