Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the FMCG sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and cold calling potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and retailers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product development or improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers and distributors to maximize profitability and maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the FMCG sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products, network with potential clients, and promote brand visibility.
Qualification:
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
