We are actively seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our dynamic team in a non-Halal restaurant in Kuala Lumpur.

This combined role of F&B Supervisor cum Storekeeper is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of our food and beverage department and managing the restaurant's storeroom.

Responsibilities:


1.

Coordinate and Supervise Operations (协调和监督运营):


  • Oversee FrontofHouse food and beverage operation. 督导前厅餐饮运营。
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and quality standards. 确保遵守卫生法规、卫生指南和质量标准。
  • Supervise the Front of House team on service standards and operational excellence. 监督前厅团队的服务标准和运营卓越性。
  • Serve VIP guests as and when needed, according to the required service standards. 根据需要,按照规定的服务标准为贵宾提供服务。

2. Training and Management (培训和管理):


  • Train and mentor staff on service standards, product knowledge, and customer engagement. 在服务标准、产品知识和顾客互动方面下,培训和指导员工。
  • Monitor and manage crockery and cutlery inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation. 监控和管理餐具和刀具的库存, 下单订购和保持库存正常运转。
  • Manage stock receiving on the system and handle administrative aspects of the operations. 管理系统上的库存收货,并处理运营的各个行政方面。

Customer Service and Communication (客户服务和沟通):


  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 以专业和及时的方式处理客户咨询、反馈和投诉。
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination of food preparation and service. 与厨房团队合作,确保食物的准备和服务的顺畅地协调。

4. Storekeeping (仓库管理):


  • Place daily orders with suppliers before the cutoff time. 在截止时间前,与供应商下达每日订单。
  • Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders. 接收所有进货食材和核对采购订单。
  • Ensure accuracy of the restaurant's inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns. 通过更新实际库存总额、收据、调整和退货记录,确保餐厅的库存系统准确无误。
  • Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders. 在规定的时间内,向客户提交准确的报告。记录并解决订单中的任何差异。

Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory/supplies 管理库存和供应品。
  • Ensure restocking levels are maintained and keep uptodate records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom. 确保存库保持水平,及时更新库房收据和取货记录。
  • Pack, label, and returning products that do not meet the standards to the supplier. Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses. 负责包装、标签和退还不合标准的产品给供应商。负责库存轮换并协调处理过剩物资。
  • Manage supplier relations and database, as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally. 管理供应商关系和数据库,并在内部和外部保持高度的优良合作关系。

6. Ad-hoc Tasks:


  • Any adhoc tasks which may be assigned as and when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Chinese language, both in written and spoken. 中文书写和口语流利。
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry. 在餐饮行业担任主管职务的经验。
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and hospitality principles. 丰富餐饮运营、服务标准和酒店管理知识。
