We are looking for highly skilled professionals to join our team as a Service Specialist - Thru-Tubing Tools. This role involves promoting excellent customer relations at the worksite, planning and performing necessary calculations, and coordinating activities of service operators.

• Providing input on individual performance levels of subordinates to enhance job performance.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with jobs performed and providing planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew.
• Cordinating clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.

About the Role

This position requires exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions. The ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and possess good leadership and negotiating skills.

Key Responsibilities

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

">

• Performing Milling, Cleanout and TCP operations under supervision.
• Understanding and executing tools redressing and inspection procedures without supervision.
• Assisting with most CT and HWO activities steps under supervision or guidance.

Qualifications and Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong understanding of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods and processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Well Bore schematic and operational procedures.
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
