Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of the quality, reliability, performance and usability of the software deliverables.
  • Communicate with project manager and business analysts to understand software requirements to test plan.
  • Define and design functional & nonfunctional test cases and test procedures for software deliverables inclusive of UI based and nonUI based (API calls etc) deliverables.
  • Execute testing and provide feedback in forms of test result, discrepancy with the expectation and usability experience to the team leader and designated engineer.
  • Continuous improvement and optimization of test automation scripts with objectives to improve the overall software quality, improving efficiency and effectiveness for testing processes.

Essential Attainments To the Job:


  • Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • Certification : preferably those with ISTQB certification or equivalent

Working Experience:


  • Min 1 year experience in testing automation.

Skills:


  • Familiar with rapid software development and Agile methodology
  • Strong knowledge in software testing principles.
  • Core competency in using Selenium, Robo Framework and Appium.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and user expectation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in
    English and Mandarin
:


  • Able to communicate in regional or local languages.
  • Familiar with test management and crash analytics tools.
